Confirm that you are signed into the same account you used before. CinderGrove can be played offline; when signed in, supported progress can synchronize through your account.
If progress still appears missing, contact us with your display name and what you expected to see. Never send your password.

Don’t purchase it again. Restart CinderGrove and confirm you are online. If the item is still missing, tell us the product and approximate purchase time.
Payments are processed by your platform store. Do not email full payment-card information.

Tell us your device model, operating-system version, game version, and what happened immediately before the issue. Include any steps that make it happen again.

Report an issue ↗How do I delete my account?Account & privacy
Signed-in players can request account deletion from the account menu inside CinderGrove. If you cannot access the game, email support from the address associated with your account.
Deletion permanently removes the account and associated cloud progress, subject to limited records we may retain when legally required.
